1. General Agreement

Anyone who accesses the jbdyg platform — including the website, mobile site, and related services — must read and comply with these Terms and Conditions. As long as you continue using the services on this page, you are considered to have accepted these terms as a binding agreement.

jbdyg may amend these terms and conditions at any time. If you continue using the website after changes are published, you are considered to have accepted the updated terms. We therefore encourage you to review this page regularly.

2. Account Registration and Ownership

2.1 Age Requirement

jbdyg services are for players aged 21+ only. Anyone under 21 may not register an account, play, or make withdrawals. jbdyg reserves the right to carry out age verification checks and may suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each user may only open one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, bonuses may be blocked, withdrawals suspended, or accounts closed.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided when registering an account must be accurate and complete. Accounts opened with incorrect or unverifiable information may have withdrawals suspended and be subject to review.

2.4 Account Security

Do not share your login credentials (username and password) with anyone. The account holder is considered responsible for all activity that occurs on the account. If you discover any unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

jbdyg accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks and processing is normally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

jbdyg reserves the right to require that withdrawals be made using the same method used for the original deposit. If fraudulent funds are detected, withdrawals may be suspended pending investigation.

3.3 Currency

Services are conducted in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks). jbdyg is not responsible for any losses arising from currency exchange rate fluctuations.

4. Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jbdyg's welcome bonus offers 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you 44,000 Ks in total, with a wagering requirement of 24,000 × 10 = 240,000 Ks.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount. For example — deposit 180,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus, giving you 280,000 Ks in total, with a wagering requirement of 100,000 × 10 = 1,000,000 Ks.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

The bonus is available once per person. If jbdyg determines that a bonus is being claimed through duplicate accounts, syndicate play, or arbitrage betting strategies, the bonus will be voided and the account may be closed.

jbdyg reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time. If you need clarification on any bonus, please contact our support team.

5. VIP Levels and Cashback

jbdyg's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Bronze members can receive up to 0.2% cashback per week, while Diamond members can receive up to 1.2%. VIP tier progression is determined by jbdyg based on the player's playing pattern and total wagering amount.

Cashback may be awarded as bonus funds and must be used in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements. Detailed VIP tier terms are subject to jbdyg's discretion.

6. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

jbdyg encourages responsible gaming. If you feel you may have a gambling problem, you can contact our support team to set personal limits. We can apply restrictions including deposit limits, session time limits, and temporary or permanent account closure.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited—

• Money laundering or any form of financial fraud
• Unauthorized tampering with, or hacking of, jbdyg's software, API, or platform
• Using bots, scripts, or auto-play software
• Bonus abuse
• Unauthorized use of jbdyg's registered trademarks or brand
• Exploiting software bugs for personal gain — any bugs found must be reported immediately
• Attempting to access another user's account

If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, jbdyg may close the account, freeze payments, and take legal action without prior notice.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Details of how jbdyg collects, stores, and uses personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy. By using this website, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of that policy.

The platform is protected by SSL encryption. User personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law or for financial compliance purposes.

9. Service Changes and Suspension

jbdyg may change the services offered, games, and bonus programs without prior notice. Services may also be temporarily suspended due to technical maintenance, system maintenance, or force majeure events. jbdyg accepts no responsibility for any losses arising from such suspensions.

If you wish to close your account, you may request this through our support team. Any remaining valid funds will be returned in accordance with our terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

By playing on the jbdyg platform, users are considered to have accepted that wins and losses may occur. jbdyg cannot be held responsible for any financial loss, loss of income, or damage caused by third-party service failures arising from gameplay — to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If a software error causes incorrect game results, jbdyg will investigate and correct them; any reward may be withheld for affected bets until an official announcement is made.

11. Users from Overseas / Restricted Countries

jbdyg services are intended for players in Myanmar. If players from countries where online gambling is prohibited by local law are found accessing this website, action may be taken in accordance with that local law. jbdyg cannot be held responsible for any legal matters that arise.

12. Changes and Governing Law

Any amendments to these Terms and Conditions will be published at this URL, and continued use of the platform after publication will be considered acceptance of those amendments. Any disagreement regarding these Terms and Conditions must be resolved through jbdyg's support team.

If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain fully in effect. In the event of a discrepancy between the English translation and the Myanmar language version of these Terms and Conditions, the Myanmar language version shall prevail.
